Healthy boundaries while fantasizing

Hello everyone,
I just want to run a few things by everyone here, stuff that I am trying to work out for myself.

I would start by saying I never look at CP, I am really terrified to break the law.

However - there is a lot of family nudism available online which seems to be legal. What are people’s thoughts on the legality, or even on the “healthiness” of using stuff like this for fantasy for us MAPs? I am specifically talking about the US, I know other countries can be very harsh and even more draconian sometimes.

Beyond that, what are your thoughts on just “ordinary” photos of kids, which you incorporate into fantasy? Stuff on IG or google, not nude or sexual or anything, just cute? For example let’s say you had a photo you took of a young friend years ago, something very innocuous like them eating lunch?

Morally, I don't see much difference between fantasizing about a clothed child or a naked child. From an anti's perspective, it's not going to make any difference either. Legally, I don't know.

Morally, I don't think it's that big of a deal either, but then I'm pro-c. You could ask the people at Virped if you want an alternative perspective.

Basing your fantasy around law can be a tricky one, especially since so many laws set out against us are intentionally vague so that even if you believe you're acting legally, you can still be caught out.

For example, in the UK, child porn laws are so vague that you can be charged with relevant crimes even if the child is fully clothed. All CP laws are written around the concept of 'indecency', which legislation in Britain does not define. Rather it is left up to the personal opinions of the police to determine if they believe it to be indecent or not, which is to be determined by what is believed to be "recognised standards of propriety" (R v Stamford). In other words, you can be charged for possession of child pornography if a police officer determines that the niece you keep as your phone background's clothes are too tight, or some other nonsense.

In practice this just usually means that whether you're charged for a crime or not will just depend on if those that see it think you jerk off to it. The law is written this way intentionally to criminalize thought to the best of their ability.

I fantasize about having sex with my favorite students.

It's a fantasy. Whatever.

I fantasize about all types of freaky shit involving 0-9 year old humans, piss, shit, bondage, exhibitionism, frotterism, crossdressing, and animals, so if ur worried about being a freak, dont worry, im a freak too and we can be freaks together. My sexual and romantic imagination would send the average woodchipperphile into a coma
