A giant 6 year old naked little girl the size of King Kong came to your City and was rampaging around? Would you try to reason with her? How would you stop her(you can make her a preteen or a teen if you want). She can be reasoned with and you can talk to her by asking a helicopter pilot to fly you up to her ear

Me personally I would snap a bunch of photos and run away. I wouldn't even try to reason with her, too scary

that sounds both terrifying and fun at the same time. I would definitely find my way onto her good side, I have a lot of experience calming kids down. then I would invite you to take as many photos as your heart desires.
