Yup, you can't go out in public online spaces (such as public pages on VK, the Russian Facebook) and talk about either MAP or LGBT stuff in a positive way, otherwise the gebists may come after you. And if you're guilty of "LGBT or MAP propaganda", you'd have to pay a huge fine.

An average Ivan can be charged with 50K RU rubles for "LGBT propaganda" while 200K RU rubles for "childlove propaganda" at the very least. I even heard a story how cops checked out a guy's stickers and pointed at the Gachimuchi men stickers: they pointed them out as "LGBT propaganda" (well, because Gachimuchi is a literal gay porn movie but that's enough to make one guilty).

Modern Russia fell for the Murican mapnesia garbage. But it's also hostile towards LGBT folks. Putin believes everyone should follow the "traditional Christian family values", i.e. only one man x one woman form of marriage and sex is socially acceptable by the old farts in the government. Back during Jelcin's term, AoC was lowered downto 14 but raised again upto 16 again during Putin's term.

Honest opinion: LGBT activists here are so pathetic and cringe when they try to cosplay their siblings in attraction from the Anglo-Saxon world while being in the same deep shit here alongside us MAPs. And instead of collaborating with us against anti-freedom-of-self-expression laws that hurt everybody who's not strictly a heterosexual teleio+mesophilic monogamous person, they usually just picture us as scapegoats just like the conservatards who only recognize the one man x one woman model.

I'd also say modern Slavic societies are generally hostille toward both LGBT and MAP folks. Czechia is probably the best right now for those who belong to either of these two groups.

Wait, you mention child-free.
Are there really laws against promoting not having children either?
Does that result in older people without children facing general social pressure?

I'd say if one actively agitates against having children, they are persecuted by this law. For instance, there were child-free public pages on VK, but they were closed due to persecution:

Not having children on its own and NOT agitating others to follow child-free lifestyle is not punishable, Russia doesn't persecute asexual monks for that matter. Society may not like childless people sometimes by asking questions like "when will you give birth to a kid?"
