BoyChat and other MAP forums are very quiet

It appears the levels of activity on the main BoyChat have fallen to below 30 posts a day in August, in line even with the historical average of this forum. This is all the more alarming because of the low quality of the contributions, much of it revolving around back and forth flames from one or two users that would not be permitted on this type of forum.
Famously, something like 2 users are responsible for 1/3rd of the threads on BC. 7 users are responsible for a third of the overall posting, but those numbers are pretty similar to this place to be fair.
I sometimes barely get replies on BoyChat for content that gets replies here, and it seems the board is full of feds, journalists and antis.
Many times I hear others predict the demise of BoyChat, but something always seems to be keeping it afloat. I personally think it lives off its own reputation, as there will always be some kind of hate group scoping it out, so someone will inevitably go there for the attention and cache. This is what a lot of us do, to be fair; Mu posters are responsible for 6% of BC posts, and banned Mu members almost 10%.
