Last night i watched a movie called Fallen Angel from 1981 which is about a 13-year old girl named Jennifer Phillips who is taken advantage of and is used to make child porn by an adult named Howard Nichols.

Later on towards the end of the movie it is revealed that Howard is a pedophile and while he is being interrogated he admits that adults don't interest him and that it upsets him that most people hate kids and that he doesn't believe he is sick and that society doesn't treat children like people and instead property.

I found this to be very interesting and while Howard is a bad person for what he did to Jennifer i still agree with what he says.

I don't know if a movie like this could be made today because it would trigger a lot of people but the filmmakers got some balls for touching such a dark subject that most people wouldn't want to touch and although the film is fine my only criticism would be the obviously forced anti-pedophilia message at the end of the film because the movie works without it and Howard didn't have to be a pedophile since most child molesters/predators are not maps in the first place LMAO.

When the villain is making too much sense so the writter makes them do something objectively bad in order to paint their entire point as wrong

Pretty much and the reason why the whole pedophile thing felt forced was because throughout the film it isn't made clear he is a pedo until after he is caught.
