Hypothetical: Life imprisonment for Finkelhor

Given the extreme damage caused by the sexual shame of secondary harm to hundreds of thousands of young people around the world, I propose that Finkelhor should be subject to life imprisonment (or if he could be charged in a state with the death penalty for AMSC, that).
He has caused more sex-related harm to young people than anyone else in the entire world.
Discuss this hypothetical...

Whatever you think of David Finkelhor’s work, preserving the death penalty for research is quite extreme.

Right, it sounds super extreme.
But ostensibly causing sex-related harm to people is deemed to be worthy of life sentences, and even death in some states, in the US.
Through his work, Finkelhor has caused sexual harm to hundreds of thousands of boys around the world, by making them feel they were raped even when they weren't. He is indirectly the world's most prolific rapist.
If MAPs get life imprisonment or the death penalty for 'causing sexual harm', why should Finkelhor be immune?

For those of us in the dark, could you explain who Finkelhor is and what he's done?

I'd say he and 'therapists' like him should all be mass executed if possible, but that's just going to either be illegal or impractical, so sending them off to CECOT in El Salvador does it for me as well. (That is the kind who forces kids through iatrogenic harm when their parents send them to those 'therapists' after youth-adult consensual sexual interaction.)

He is, perhaps more than anyone else, responsible for the notion that AMSC is always inherently harmful. He took what was essentially a dying Christian problematization of AMSC and turned it into a modern pseudoscience.

I don't believe in the death penalty or life imprisonment. I don't believe in harsh punishments in general. Furthermore, I think it's dangerous to persecute researchers for proposing theories and disseminating their ideas; I don't even know if they should be persecuted at all.
Hypothetically speaking, perhaps legislators who have passed laws to persecute consensual relationships could be prosecuted for human rights violations... perhaps the judges responsible for enforcing those laws could also be prosecuted as accomplices... and as for the psychologists who have directly caused a minor to suffer harm that they would not have suffered had it not been for their intervention, they could also be convicted of violating the Hippocratic oath. All these people should compensate their victims and be removed from their positions. But I do not believe in the death penalty or life imprisonment.

You're not wrong about that, though.
