A man who has been committing criminal offences against young girls for decades across the GTA and beyond has been sentenced to a long-term supervision order (LTSO) after a doctor’s report told a court he refused to “accept any responsibility for his actions.”

Gregory Lock, 67, originally of Newmarket, was sentenced to 12 years in prison on July 11 after failing to comply with his conditions while out in the community during his first LTSO, which he received in 2012.

The counts include owning videos or publications of female children, using a wireless device, owning a computer, owning DVDs or VHS videos and possessing and accessing child pornography, according to court documents.

In 2007 in Brampton, he was convicted of possessing 23 pieces of child porn.

In 2012, he was convicted of possession of child porn in Newmarket. In that case, his computer was downloading child porn while police searched his apartment.

Despite being subject to a long-term supervision order in 2014, while living in Hamilton, he was found in possession of 30 DVDs of female children acting or dancing.

He breached it again in Brantford in 2016, in Kingston in 2017 and in Brampton in 2020.

In 2021, months after being released from custody to a halfway house, a cellphone with child porn images, including a prepubescent girl in a swimsuit as his screensaver, was discovered.
