Brian, really like this. I’m tired of how society treats us, but I’m not at the “humanity is overrated” stage yet.

Thanks.

I was hesitant to say that I would like humanity to become extinct, but well... it's a personal site, so I'm going to say how I feel.

I wasn't quite so misanthropic when I was working a much more senior role (professionally), simply because I didn't have as much time to dwell on the unfairness of MAP oppression. But high-pressure jobs come with their own set of nightmares, so I have no intention of putting myself in such a position again.

The weird thing is that I can turn off the rage at work, and then as soon as I leave it's back to "MAPs are at war with the world" mode. Most kids think I'm an extroverted comedian kind of person.

Are you sure you want to "confess" and not "disclose".

Framing is important and may have life-altering implications beyond your control.

I understand your misanthropy, In my case since a month ago I started questioning my previous pacifism and idealism and it was a really difficult experience for me, currently I'm on "a middle ground" between my previous humanism and moral nihilism.

Although I still refuse to reject humanity as a whole as I don't consider passive antis as real enemies but rather victims of misinformation.

People who say murderers shouldn't have human rights don't understand human rights. The idea is that there should be universal limitations to how people are treated, regardless of who they are or what they've done. If you exclude anybody from human rights, you don't believe in human rights, it's that simple.

Unfortunately that's where the world is headed, all the decades (and even centuries in some cases) of trying to stop things like religious and political persecution, torture, and the death penalty will be thrown away because people like a gorey spectacle. Millenials and Gen Z are being as selfish and irresponsible as the Baby Boomers were.
