Has anyone just blatantly gone on Telegram or Element and created a 'Understanding MAPs' page. I am severely tempted. Facebook and Insta probably a bit too open for me.

Telegram shuts down things like that! Teleguard or session would be better, plus they're encrypted too!

Social media won't bring about any significant change for the MAP community, we must start in-person communities in order to advance socially and legally.

I am getting away with this on many platforms, and it's a new thing. I'm tolerated & accepted, although I am terrifyingly bizarre. You won't see anybody else doing this but me. Here's what we're gonna do.
Little Nicky Interviews with Cry Baby on social media. Vaguely, mindfully scripted so there are no problematic words or details. Will take some practice but...
It could be done and it has been done and I think that I am up to it.

What would be the steps for us to start bring attention to the peaceful nature of MAPs?
Social media no, but some how we have to get some mascots, who can weather the aftermaths of challenging the norms.
We need the world to see that we are not the monsters of human traffickers, or not all agree that kids should be intimate. But agree that the rules and regulations are harsh and need reconsideration. Because AOC is wrong, it limits the right of kids' freedoms. It takes away their right of choice. It in my opinion cause more harm then good.
I wish I could weather the storm.

This might be a bit twisted, but has anyone considered pretending to be an anti to share, amid insults, the best points, narratives and resources for MAPs out there? Someone who did that would probably avoid being banned.

“Disgusting! This scum says that no one has ever been able to prove why a consensual sexual relationship, even at an early age, could be traumatic, except if society brainwashes you into thinking it should be!”
“These pedo-criminals say we live in a hypocritical society where, every time a minor commits a crime, everyone agrees that they are old enough to be responsible for their actions and says things like ‘if they behave like adults, treat them like adults’, but never applies that logic to sex!”

I think we are at a point were if we all do not start push a portion of the narrative in a direction of the opposite of where it is going now. In that there seems to be more and more calls for our deaths (the extreme right), because they are taking recent events with those damn files as cannon to what I hope most of us believe in.

I blog on subjects unrelated to maps and I'm openly map in those blogs because it often helps to create context.
For example, if talking about starting a business as someone with challenges in their life, or supporting people with personal issues, or getting back into education as part of a goal of self improvement, explaining my circumstances as a map helps to put such subjects in context. You're an immigrant or ex-military or elderly of disabled etc, and you're trying to do this thing while dealing with those real personal challenges, well for me it's dealing with my sexuality as a pedophile while doing these things, it helps to relate.
Yet I've not received one hateful response but many followers and supportive comments from every day people. Not maps, just other people with their own problems who are thankful for bits of help and advice. Being a pedophile hasn't been an issue for people.
I think it is possible to be openly map and not get flak, if it's done in a careful, constructive and helpful way. Pushing pedophilia onto people won't go down well but just being a regular every day person who happens to be ped doesn't have to be an issue and it can help to educate people about what pedophiles really are.
