And my recent piece in Mu, comes this hopeless plug for preventionism.
In some vain idea, it is surmised that to save the compensation money, we can somehow reduce CSA now the genie is out of the bottle.

Governments are paying out billions to settle thousands of claims. There is no substitute for justice, but keeping the abuse from happening in the first place would be far more cost-effective.
