Apparently they had sex in front of their children, something that is intrinsically harmless, unless you restrain the children. The made-up crime is literally something that is impossible - "debauching the morals of a child" - how is that even constitutional?

Unfortunately, they used kik, an idiot trap, and did this from their home IP. They also uploaded naked pictures of one child.

That report from kik cost the man his life, and destroyed his family.

Brian DiBiasi allegedly distributed multiple media files containing nude images of his wife in the presence of children, Platkin said. In the chat logs, DiBiasi mentioned children being present while he and his wife had sex, Platkin said. The cyber tip line reported a total of 36 files uploaded from an account belonging to DiBiasi.
