Tiktok in general is all over the place, either it's normalised or you're attacked for the dumbest things. I got jumped for telling someone youth rights aren't for MAPs "selfish needs" as they put it. They constantly demonize MAPs and victimize AAMs.

Some have theorized that because ByteDance is based in China, China's AoC is 14 is what contributes to this.

They literally have in their community guidelines that you aren't allowed to sexualize, talk with or meet up with minors on their platform, regardless of whether it's legal or not in your jurisdiction

I remember some girls in one of my high school classes talking about some little boy and how hot he was going to be when he grew up. It also didn't seem very rare or out of place to come across a teacher flirting with a male student or older women flirting with younger men.
