The underage girl who a business executive paid for commercial sexual services told police she “felt disgusted” because of the interaction.
And after he paid $1000 to her to come to his house on a morning in September he told her: “You’re 17 I can’t pay you for sex so if anyone finds out we wanted to have sex and I just gave you money”.
The victim was in fact 14.

Earlier this month, the prominent business executive, who worked for an NZX listed company, admitted receiving “commercial sexual services” from an underage girl in September.
In New Zealand it is illegal to receive “commercial sexual services” from a person under the age of 18. The charge carries a maximum sentence of seven years jail time.
