I’m losing my mind since I’m getting more and more unattractive by the day ever since i hit puberty during 7th grade I’ve lost so much hair I’m 15 currently and I genuinely hate looking at my self in the mirror especially when my hair is wet since it makes me look 10 times older than I already look fml.

Concerns about appearance are normal at your age. In fact, many of your peers will likely be too busy worrying about their own appearance to focus on yours.

Perhaps there are some teen support groups you could reach out to?

The main problem is if they get contact to my parents it will lead to my parents rummaging through my stuff and maybe finding a diary that once they read will probably get me sent off to a mental institution

Frankly, I think most people would be more concerned about you posting on a MAP site than joining a teen support group.

It sounds like you have a very negative self image. At your age, many people do. I really doubt you look that bad, but you're seeing yourself in a hightened negative way. I would advise you to speak to your parents or a doctor or tharapist because you shouldn't keep such emotions bottled up.

Digitize and encrypt any diaries that "confess" to pedophilic feelings, even at your age.

Once you're getting over the Fear, you might try the 'Unschooling' Movement (not just religionist anymore!). (i liked the ex-teacher, Grace Llewellyns' books on this topic, but they seem much harder to find these days)
