Poland’s Central Bureau for Combating Cybercrime (CBZC) said on Thursday that officers have charged 102 people as part of the operation, with most facing charges for possession, distribution and production of illegal content.
All those detained were men aged between 18 and 70, the agency said.
Posting on social media, Interior Minister Marcin Kierwiński said: “GAME OVER – the largest operation by the CBZC combating pedophile crimes. As a result of nationwide actions, 100 people were detained and leveled with charges.”
