Five funny news stories for the festive season

Post by BLueRibbon »

I'm not much of a Christmas person. Both an atheist and a cynic, not to mention someone who is aware of the pagan origins of Christmas, I find the whole thing ridiculously sappy and contrived. But this is also a time of year when people look to chill out with a glass of their favorite tipple, and so today I present something a little more humorous. This is a low-effort piece; I just browsed Mu Forum's News section for the funniest headlines, and went from there. Do not take this article too seriously!

Well, i think x-mas serves a crucial purpose. It gives a hint to very young people that the society they live in is all about deceit and deception! Just in how everyone plays that meta-game of Santa! So i think of this as quite instructive for newbies, provided they catch on. If not then, then later!

Didn't read the other stuff, yet; how about some excerpts to help promo it?

We drop something like 15-20 news articles per day on the main site, more recently something like 30-40 every 2 days. It's pretty easy to skim through and has all been human-reviewed for relevancy and repetition.
