You cannot call it grooming (of the decoy) while at the same time admitting it was a decoy, and the meeting was staged by police. For it to be grooming, you need deception or manipulation to be present. Come roleplay with me, I can pretend to be deceived or groomed, all day long, doesn't make the event real.

Over the next couple of months, Wiezorek allegedly groomed and sent explicit messages to the officer before asking to meet up in person.

Police staged a meeting at Schram City Park on Monday, and Wiezorek was arrested. He has been charged with grooming, according to court records.

The arrest is a part of a larger undercover operation by Manchester police to catch predators on the internet. As a result, four other people have been arrested and charged, and those cases are being handled by outside law enforcement agencies.

"Over the next couple of months"... I wonder how much money it costs to prosecute imaginary crimes.
