Find a nitter mirror from the nitter mirror list, e.g.

Once you are inside a mirror, target search, e.g.

Look in particular at the massive shift since 2020:

Mentions of "pedophilia" are now mainly partisan in nature, and many of them reference "normalisation".

This is a very noticeable post-pandemic shift.
