A search warrant was executed on Rutters' home on Thursday, January 15, by detectives and the SWAT Team, MCSO reports.
According to his arrest report, Rutter's phone was discovered to have "dozens of images of child erotica and four videos of child celebrities containing CSAM, which he created with artificial intelligence." Also found in the search were other AI-generated videos of minors and "printed pictures of clothed children and babies" in his bedroom.
When interviewed by detectives, Rutter admitted to obtaining CSAM and said, "If the content I had was the worst you had seen, it would be your first day on the job."
