I really wish someone would redo their initial speech by replacing pedophilia with homosexuality, to make people understand how horrible the idea is that either you flagellate yourself bloody for the attraction you were born with or you're a dangerous individual. You know who 'profiles' child-lovers? Forensic psychologists. The kind of psychologists that work with the police.

The type of people who advocate 'profiling' others, are the types of people who have historically committed the most egregious acts of discrimination against marginalised groups.

How about we stop 'profiling' people for their attractions, and start treating them like individuals.
