Could enforcing equal/same level relationships to be considered ABLEISM

Many people would go on about relationships and friendships have to be between two people that are the same level and must be equal. But surely no one is ever equal because we are all different and come from different backgrounds and our lives are all different and unique and have very different time clocks.
But surely it shouldn’t matter if one person has more knowledge about things or has more money or is physically bigger than the other. Surely what is importance is that both people are happy, they love each other and they respect each other.
Why should people be expected to interact with people that are in the same life stage or are of their equal.
Would a disabled person find it a bit ableist if they were told they have to be in a relationship with someone that also has the similar disability.
Is is ableist to say wheelchair person should date people who are in a wheelchair.
Could it be ableist to be expected to only be in relationships with people who have same life experiences, abilities and level as you or if one person is much bigger or stronger than you?
If a small/short person would told they had to go out with someone else that was small or short, could that be ableism
