I would have mentioned Thailand and other places in South Asia in the 1950-1970s with child prostitution being rampant but those aren't safe places for little girls and they are no longer existent outside of underground highly illegtal economies.

A bonus could be UK, Germany and Norway where people are frequently arrested for CP but unlike the United States they have non-punitive legal systems. A 300 year sentence in the United States would be a trip to a rehabilitation Spa in Norway's justice system.

You do realize most people who create and distribute CP aren't caught right?

The reason is because most CP on the internet is made in third world countries mainly Asian and Hispanic countries with corrupt governments laxed laws and rampant child prostitution.

The guys who are caught are ones that mainly live in western countries and it is usually because they fuck up and get caught the victim comes forward and tells someone and they get caught or law enforcement identifies who they are and catches them now that's not to say people who make CP in Thailand or India are never arrested no it does happen it is just less common compared to western countries.
