I dont know if this breaks any rules or anything but, im a 16 year old boy and ive been addicted to masturbating since i was maybe 10? And i honestly dont know how to stop. Can anyone else relate or have any tips to control the urge not to do it?

It's unlikely you have an actual addiction or even masturbating particularly more than normal. It's perfectly normal to masturbate at that age

Even if you're doing particularly frequently like multiple times a day that's probably just a sign you're in a environment where you're bored and understimulated.
