Why is pedo/predator hunting seemingly only a thing in Anglo countries?

Has anyone ever noticed how the vast majority of predator/pedo catching groups are mainly from the US, Canada, UK, Australia and New Zealand ?
Has there ever been an explanation for this?

It's because anglo countries are hysterical about MAPs and age-gap relationships in general.

Netherlands, Sweden, South America, Russia - all have well-documented pedophile hunting activity.
Pedophile hunting operations are almost exclusively managed by people who only know one language, that spoken by the welfare-dependent working class in their locality. Therefore we hear very little of localized pedophile hunting in non-English speaking countries.
