If it has any resemblance to a human under the age of 18 (not even a specific human), take note that you could be prosecuted in many jurisdictions. So better not to make anything that looks like a person under 18...

Then how do sites like e621 function?

Wonder how long before all such sites are forced to remove all nsfw depictions of underage characters entirely? We know it's coming at some point with as sensitive people are to underaged lewd depictions etc.

That's why I NEVER draw any human depictions in my adult works who are underage. They're all strange and abstract creatures. Might post some SFW art in the art section of this forum.

That's why I always draw my underage characters as clearly nonhuman blots and stuff so that if people DO lose their shit I can call them out for their hypocrisy and hidden agenda. Like why y'all seeing sexy human children fucking in these inkblot tests? Got something hidden in your subconscious you don't want exposed? Secretly looking for something to complain about to take rights and freedoms away from people so they will cause harm so you can say "see?!" Yeah. Reeeeaaaaaallllllyyyyy gooooooooood morals you got there......Let's move on to the next one, shall we?
