Human anatomy is the focus of antis?

Not sure if I should post this here or in the theorycrafting or off-topic section. Mods please do move it to the appropriate forum if necessary.
As many of you are well aware Loli/shota is banned in many jurisdictions, but then this occurred to me.
Back when I used to draw depictions of miscellaneous amorphous organisms with little to no resemblance to humanity engaging in sex acts with adults (human or of their species) and even mentioning how they can be as old or as young as the artist/viewer wants, people didn't seem to care too much.
I'd also draw many with genitalia made from their bodies/limbs overall (any kind of repetitious massaging could result in sexual stimuli) so they wouldn't have a distinct and obvious genitalia, but I'd add captions that referenced sexual acts. A handshake? Sexual. A pat on the back? Sexual. A hug? Definitely sexual!
I didn't give them a distinct reason to argue. It was only those who were eager to start a fight over the "as young as they like" or insist on their moral "superiority" that got "offended", and even then it was...dare I say, a minor battle. It was pretty easy to drive them off.
They'd just get bored because I didn't mention loli/shota content or real youth (which they'd try to bait me into) and I'd rarely hear from them again, but looking back on this this did get me thinking that it's more about the realism and connection to the human figure/body plan or real animals as opposed to the age, at least at that time. The more human it looked, the more backlash, and the less human it looked, well...they'd try but ultimately lose interest.
If it doesn't look human, you give your audience the option to interpret their age, and do not ever give out ANY indication of sexual maturity (dropped testes, breasts, coloration, tentacle size difference between adult and offspring, etc.) it really confuses people! Maybe more of us who are into abstract art/vague characters ought to try that to get these antis so reveal just how illogical they are? It could be fun to try!
