Hello Map Union. I wanted to make a thread discussing statistics from a research group called PRRI and the info they collected on American's that believe "the world is ran by elite satanic pedophile cannibal networks"

PRRI did equally distributed large population research on people in the United States to find people who believe the planet is controlled by a cabal of satanic cannibal pedo elites in a open environment across many ethnic groups and education levels where disbelievers and doubters also participate.
I hold the view that Qanon is of course utter bullshit and the planet obviously is not ran by a secret society of pedophile cabals and this represents a strong view of fictional victim hood and oppression on the side of lunatics by oppressed by elites that don't exist. But going over their research can be helpful as we can see the extent of the damage of these bullshit beliefs.
Before we begin I must point out that I have a particular hypothesis called Disgust Theory that speculates that "cannibal pedo elite secret society" narratives is the result of evolutionary mismatch theory.

Evolutionary Mismatch is when behaviors favored by natural selection turn out malfunctioning in a modern society but functioned in a prehistoric world. Such as child threat detection instincts.
Millions of years of evolution favored strong child threat detection instincts and protecting the young off spring and defending them at all cost. Thus societies deepest fears reflect threats to children rather real or imaginary. Evolution programmed in us a very strongly the urge to protect kids, not care about the accuracy if what we believe about protecting kids is true.

What was in prehistoric times mistaking a bush blowing in the wind for a hungry tiger hiding behind a bush, Was dealt with by losing fitness points of humans running away. So if 5% of the time a tiger is hiding in a windy bush and 95% of the time its just wind, natural selection favors running away 100% of the time. then taking a chance of the tiger eating babies which is a huge loss of evolutionary fitness points.

Explained simply, 40% of American's who trust far right news sources on television and online like NewsMax and OONN agree the world (government, elite financial) is ran by "satanic cannibal pedo elites" scoring the highest on this 2021 test. Below I will go over more sub demographics.
A subset of people in this 2021 survey trusted Fox news and 18% of the Fox news group agree the country is controlled by satanic pedo elite.
A subset of people who don't watch TV had 21% agree that the country is controlled by satanic elite pedophiles
A subset of American's that only watch local news had 10% agree with the satanic pedo elite narrative.
With centre-left wing news equivalent - NBC (8%), public television (7%), and MSNBC (5%) numbers drop but still small portions believe the core tenets of qanon satanic pedo lore.
There is more data below on PRRI's website about sub demographics on "the storm" of patriots banding and over riding Government corruption, and a question if violence is necessary to stop corruption. Americans without a college education are three times as likely as Americans with a college education to be QAnon believers (18% vs. 6%).
Far right news networks are the biggest contributor, but here's some more quickie facts
1) People living in rural areas are 1.5 times more likely to believe in Qanon then people in Urban areas.
2) Moderate Income 50-100k - are 1.5 times as likely to believe the conspiracy
3) Low income - People who make under 50k are year are 3 times more likely to believe the world is controlled by satanic pedophiles
4) People ages 18-29 are 1.8 times more likely to believe the conspiracy then old people
5) Hispanic Catholics and Hispanic protestants got the highest of any religious group
6) Black American's have a narrow lead to white American's in sampled Qanon believers. But keep in mind blacks are 13% of the US population. Whites make up 61%

QAnon believers decrease with age and education. More than two in ten younger Americans (22% for both ages 18-29 and 30-49), less than two in ten Americans ages 50-64 (18%), and more than one in ten Americans ages 65 and older (14%) qualify as QAnon believers as do 29% of Americans with a high school education or less, 20% of those with some college education, and 8% of those with a four-year degree or post-graduate degree.

Before we begin on this part, analyzing the 2026 Epstein eats babies hysteria I will obviously state Epstein had zero evidence of eating babies and all of this talk about him eating babies is a follow up of the evolutionary mismatch and Qanon satanic pedo lore. The truth deepens when we learn South Florida's former US Attorney (Acousta) gave him a ultra lenient plea deal for statutory rape in 2008 with no prison time and how local police slapped Epstein on the rist for statutory rape in 2005. Epstein was in the wrong for treating teens like human cattle and frauding them - not just because of age.

Epstein's real crimes and wrongs were
1) statutory rape
2) lying he would make teenage females fashion models/and or give them good careers to show up on his Island. He never kept his promises. The fashion model recruitments over the years was a huge scam objectively.
3) Massages that were expected to be non sexual that turned sexual at the last minute with high stakes pressure on teens of giving a massage or career is ruined
4) Ponzi schemes on teen girls with little to no money to hire more teens for massages and recruit more helpless girls
5) Taking away girls phones and passports and looking for ways to isolate and control them as much as possible
The truth deepens when we learn South Florida's former US Attorney (Acousta) gave him a ultra lenient plea deal for statutory rape in 2008 with no prison time and how local police slapped Epstein on the rist for statutory rape in 2005. Epstein was in the wrong for treating teens like human cattle and frauding them - not just because of age.
Overall Epstein's case was a mixed bag. Some girls were victims of horrible abuse and got deceived and frauded horribly. Others were just partying sluts who didn't care until the #meetoo bucks showed up. Other females who were never in contact with Epstein lied for #meetoo bucks as well.
