If they are true friends they shouldn't leave you. I still get bullied with jokes about dating teachers. Sometimes I get called a reverse pedophile, too. Accurate as it may be to some, it leaves me isolated and depressed. Ig the culture of your country may be different tbh, specially if you're either from the US, a previous UK colony or a mostly traditional country
