When I see a cute boy, I wonder how everyone isn’t attracted to him? How am I the deviant one?

I used to think that everyone was attracted to 8 yr olds like I am, and society just collectively chose to pretend otherwise.

This isn't true of course, but I think many people are attracted to adolescents more than they care to admit. Maybe even the majority of people are attracted to 16 year olds. Pretty sure there is research that indicates this could be the case.

Sexual attraction to prepubescents and toddlers though? That is almost certainly a sexual minority.

I have always been attracted to minors, always will be.

According to the little, old scientific data I could read on the matter, most men are indeed capable of feeling some degree of sexual arousal for prepubescent girls, although it's usually less intense than the sexual arousal they feel for young adult women (the study was focused on adult men).

Antis like to capitalize on the fact adult women have secondary sexual traits like developed breasts, hips, etc, but I've always thought that:

1) Flat-chested women with little hip development usually have no problems at all attracting male partners

2) Much of mainstream porn nowadays is face/blowjob centered, sometimes the woman isn't even naked

I too think most men are full of BS when they say they have no attraction whatsoever to little girls. It's just that, since it's so risky and frown upon and they feel more attracted to adults anyway, there's little point for most of them in engaging with minors.

I wouldn't be surprised if most straight teleiophile men have some at least mild attraction to prepubescent girls (over around the age of 6 especially or at least, when children seem to lose their baby fat/babyish proportions) despite preferring sexually mature/maturing females. There's no question in my mind that if a man is attracted to women in their 20s he'll be attracted to some pubescent-looking girls in their early teens or preteens (apparently the average girl starts thelarche at 10, I don't think it becomes noticeable/significant until Tanner stage 3. If I'm not mistaken, thelarche is considered premature if it occurs before 8 and delayed if it hasn't occurred by 13 and menstruation typically occurs around 2 years after thelarche even if a girl's early periods aren't consistent. I remember reading that it normally takes around two years for them to stabilize but I'd be surprised if there are 'medically normal' 16-year-old girls who don't have consistent periods; not that I'm an expert on this, I've read very little about it, I just mean intuitively. In any event, average 15-year-old girls are fully sexually mature so without making an appeal to nature fallacy it's always seemed obvious to me that we should expect most men to be attracted to teenage girls since the dominant attraction will probably be what gears us toward producing healthy children. Even if pregnancy under 15 is risky, I vaguely remember hearing that it's not optimal, once puberty has started girls have the characteristics that indicate fertility regardless of their actual fertility so a man's' body' won't be able to differentiate).

I've never really 'understood' why people aren't really honest about average male attraction to young teens/preteens. I understand that people hide their attraction to save face (or even to avoid making others uncomfortable), I even understand that they think certain attraction is immoral, but it seems to me that you could acknowledge that most men are biologically wired to find 13-year-old girls attractive while simultaneously insisting that they not act on their attraction (or maybe even arguing that it's something all straight men should strive to suppress, even just in terms of fantasy, without criticizing them for having that immediate instinct to be close to them) but it's often seen as deviant for men to just be attracted to teenagers (maybe I'm over-generalizing but it seems pretty taboo for a man in his 20s or 30s, and definitely for older men, to just admit to being attracted to some 12-year-olds in this day and age, even if he 'softened' it with "I would never act on it, I just think she's cute." I also don't doubt that women are generally attracted to teenage boys but I think men, on average, have a stronger push toward youth and I guess I feel more comfortable speaking on the desires of straight men. That said, I think women's attraction to youth is often downplayed).

I don't want to be presumptuous but the fact that you seem unsure about whether or not most adults are attracted to 16-year-olds (coupled with not thinking that adult attraction to minors is wrong, as most people seem to) would lead me to believe that you have a preference for prepubescent children. I'm inclined to believe that 'everyone' understands that adults are attracted to 16-year-olds and most 16-year-olds are attracted to people in their 20s and 30s at least even if few people say that out loud. I agree that a preference for prepubescent children is what's factually abnormal or deviant (which doesn't make it 'bad').

What is it about the preference of prepubescent kids is factually abnormal or deviant? Are you appealing to nature in terms of sexual maturation such as assisting and giving off offspring? If so, then that is not accurate. Although kids like that don't have that kind of sexual maturation, that does not mean they don't have sexual desires and feelings. It's not just adrenarche that kids experience the surge of hormones that may make them more prone into becoming self-aware or realize the erotic drive that they may have, but that same erotic drive exist even in infants and toddlers. There are a handful of studies done on kids that young where they show behaviors of rhythmic movements, heaving breathing, and orgasm that is associated to self-pleasure and libido/erotic drive. If you stop and think to yourself as of why these kinds of physical behaviors occur, then you would realize it's tied to the chemicals in the brain responsible for them that makes you able to have the erotic drive and attraction you have. From all of the research and self-retrospection I did, I'm realizing that we are born with all of the attractions and feelings that are the drive to interact and be with a person such as sexual and romantic/emotional attractions; puberty isn't a pre-requisite for those kinds of feelings (including adrenarche which is the first phase of puberty).
