There has been a rash of posts on X going over pedo normalization material from years ago. They are also calling out Bluesky as the new haven for MAPs, so maybe we should send some communications representatives or spokespeople from Mu, or have an official account.

On further inspection, there is a community of around 1000+ gooners and paraphiles on bsky.

I found a “few” [what I’d call] serious accounts that discussed either being MAP or MAP/Para allies. From what I could see though, it’s mixed in with a lot of porn or varying types of etc... That’s not something I’m interested in so I haven’t really engaged, but I am interested to see if the platform does lend itself to longer lasting accounts than X had, in terms of MAP support/community.

Maybe a bit soon to tell yet? (Even with the terms and conditions - hard to tell if accounts are being terminated if they disclose MAP status on profile?)

I think they are just a bit overwhelmed by the massive influx of people and the accounts probably won't last much longer. Also, I see a lot of people encouraging massive reporting of MU's account and others (apart from those who are threatening to kill, I mean).

But the way Bluesky works makes defending yourself against people who report a bit easier than elsewhere. From what I can see, it is possible to make lists of accounts and anyone who subscribes to them can block all the accounts on the list with a single click. Perhaps a list could be made of accounts that encourage massive reporting of MAP accounts to block them preventively: they cannot encourage reporting what they cannot see. Of course, this would also have disadvantages, because it takes time and effort and also limits the power of diffusion. But perhaps it is a way for MAP people's accounts to endure over time and be visible to those who do not want to report them and are willing to listen. If it is done, I suppose the ideal would be to do it from an account that can go unnoticed and not be reported easily, an account that does not even come close to breaking any rules and is a little more subtle.

There is now an influencer account on Twitter calling out Lecter, and other personalities. Mu just got a mention.
