The truth is that I came across this forum by chance and ended up discovering that I am an AAM, I am very embarrassed but I can't help but feel attracted to men and women older than me :/

Don't worry. You have nothing to be embarrassed about. I'm sure even outside of this forum, most people would agree that it's natural to be attracted to those older than you. It's being attracted to those much younger that people take issue with. Surely you can see the flaw in this logic. It's why this forum exists in this first place. Among many others.

No one knows what brings you happiness better than yourself. So if any one tries to tell you you're wrong for liking what you like, then don't listen to them. They don't know any better. We're all free to enjoy what we enjoy, as long as there's no harm.

I know it can be hard. There's always going to be someone out there judging you and trying to rain on your parade. Always. It never stops no matter what you do. You have to acknowledge that that's their problem, not yours. They need to work on finding acceptance, while you can go on being happy.

That's both normal and very common. I'd advise you to try to enjoy it even with all the difficulties and, regardless of what happens between you and your older love interests, not to talk about it with anyone IRL, since it there's much to lose for both you (especially them) and nothing to gain from it really.
