Happy New Years to everyone on the forum. I hope that you've all had a great night, a great day, and I hope that you have a wonderful year. May your year show how strong you really are, and that even though 2024 might have kicked your ass, it set you up for success, because now you know where you need to go in life to succeed. I thank all of you for allowing me to become a part of this community. I've only been a part of this since October, I think, but I've changed and learned and grown so much since then. I have found a home with you guys, and I am so fucking grateful for that, so thank you. I hope all of you have a wonderful new year, a wonderful life, and a wonderful day. I hope that we all sometime can go to a map camp or something in the near future where we all meet and can find a sense of community that we're all deeply looking for here. I know I am. I joined you guys because I needed a sense of community, and since then I've made friends who I never thought in a million years would understand anything that I've gone through, and yet they completely understand it all, and so I'm so grateful for this, man. I am. I thank all of you for everything you're doing. I thank all of you for being here. I thank all of you for creating this world where we can all just talk and vent, and I thank you all for everything. Thank you, Blue Ribbon, for making all this come true. I wish you the best year, man. Take care, and whenever we all get to meet, I'm looking forward to it because this community has become my home. Thank you.

I join Batmanthecute in thanking the founders and the main contributors of this community, you guys are doing a great job and I really appreciate how insightful your posts and articles are.

I hope and trust everybody of us can find a way, no matter how small, to concretely help towards our common objective.

May this be a better year for MAPs!

I'm gonna share with Mu something I feel everyone should know about Batmanthecute.
2024 my life was plagued with horrors, truly the worst year of my entire life.
I am a huge whiner, complainer, crybaby. I'm overly sensitive, frail, and mentally unstable under stress.
For 13 months I cried out daily for friends & family pleading begging for help from everyone everywhere.
A few people would say to me, "O i'm sorry, i care about you, but everyone has pain and troubles, it happens to all of us"
That didn't do anything to help my situation at all.
A couple people offered up some bits of insight & wisdom to try and help me along, did very little to improve my situation.

New Years Eve I read an email from Batman, it was the one page I've read in 13 months time that actually helped me.
Man has a way with words and a heart of gold. I can vouch for him.
A sweet, kind-hearted person, a good sincere well-meaning friend, with a knack for understanding the most intense extreme drama in life anyone could imagine.
I got grief, personal issues, mental, spiritual, medical, I'm a complete total basketcase, half-insane.
I was even rude to him at first.
He saw thru all of that and did the right thing when NOBODY else seemed able.
Just sayin'. I thought you should know that about him.

On New Year's eve my nanny's Passat caught fire after they put blown firecrackers in the trunk. Fun memories.

i got super drink, fell down the stairs and ripped all of the muscles in my ankle with a minor fracture. HAPPY NEW YEAR EVERYONE!

Yikes! I'm sorry that happened to you nia, ruined your evening, did you go to hospital or wait until morning for clinic?
Hope they gave you something for the pain, sometimes they won't do that anymore. (tylenol)
well, maybe you can sit home in front of computer at visit Mu, we can entertain one another.
could be a month before that heals entirely. are you gonna be okay?

i had to wait a good while, but i now have one of those boot things with the velcro straps. happy new year... thank you <3
