Granted, the article was published in 2020 so it might be old, but it's still a useful resource. It certainly doesn't surprise me how America remains "exceptional" among even the countries with an operational SOR in how much information is divulged to the public regarding registered offenders, with most non-American countries often restricting the access to government agencies or private organisations under certain conditions.
