Were people like David Bowie, Elvis Presley, and other musicians who had underage lovers and/or underage groupies MAPs?

Long ago they were called "people" not maps.

When they asked David Bowie what accomplishment he was most proud of in his life he said, "marrying my wife".

They were probably doing what most men want to do, but able to get away with on account of their superstar status.
