At 6:12 in the video, the officer equates "pedophilia" with "sex with an underage individual". He puts on a professional-sounding voice while using words he doesn't understand. In the next century, he will be made fun of for this, just like we make fun of "more doctors smoke camels than any other cigarette" nowadays. "They actually believed this nonsense?"

There is nothing wrong with anyone of any age seeking a relationship with a 15 year old. There is as much “wrong” with that as someone of any age seeking a relationship with an 18 year old (the magic number). You may think it’s weird , taboo, or perhaps you can’t relate to it. BUT, you don’t get to throw people in jail and ruin their lives for doing something that all of humanity did up until the past 80 years or so.

A 15-year-old woman is not "mature for her age", but 15 is a mature age for a female person. Not only do 15-year-old women usually have a clear understanding of sex and procreation, they are already physically able to give birth because puberty finishes for women around that time.

In Germany, 15-year-old women even engage in orgies (sex parties) with similarly-aged males (source), but once a responsible adult man such as Paul Walker (source) is or wants to be with a teenage woman and treat her well, he is considered a monster.
