Some of the people here have like white text under their posts and I have mine but I can't really remember what it says but I want to change it because I wanna put more

Perhaps you are talking about your signature?
If so, you can click your name in the top right and click "User Control Panel"
Click "Profile" In the top left, then "Edit Signature" in the menu on the mid-left.
