Cannot access site

Why does the site not let me access it for days at a time but when I turn on a vpn it works fine, it then stops working in like 5 minutes but when I switch to another vpn server, it works fine. Does anyone know how to fix this? It only happens on this site for me

Please address this matter privately to an administrator, ideally with information about the IP addresses and VPNs that are being blocked.
