I think most antis would maintain that people with severe intellectual disabilities cannot consent either, at least not to sex with the non-intellectually disabled.

as someone who experiences delusions (and by extension hallucinations) i can confirm everyone should see some delusions as a good thing. obvi not all delusions are good but there are plenty that are

Maybe just like we have gay, lesbian, we need to create new words to describe people who are attracted to people from different ages to them.
For example,
Youthian : refers to people attracted to those who are younger then them
Othian : refers to people attracted to those older than them ...
