From the relay, or from the BlueSky PDS?

So we all know that BlueSky bans MAPs from their community guidelines. But do they enforce it on the relay level (very expensive to run) or the PDS level (very cheap to run and self host)?

They promised that they would only enforce bans on the relay level for technical reasons (e.g. DDoS) or legal ...

It's possible for youths/minors to be MAP as well, if they are attracted to those significantly younger than them.
