Do you know any MAPs irl?
I was friends with one, but we haven't talked in a long time, we grew up and went our separate ways. There was another one in my friends group who dated a 14 year old when he was like 18 (it's legal in my country) and everyone in my friends group hated him for this. I think I'd feel better if I met more MAPs.
25M non-exclusive hebephile and bisexual, also autistic.

Sorry, I haven't met any. I had a few chances as there are a few MAPs in our community who live close to me, but it never came to pass.
I'm sure you'll find some who have met other MAPs, though.... I know many have. I routinely hear stories. But sadly, I have never met a single MAP that I know of. I've had 0 chances IRL to talk about my pedophilia with someone else, in perfect agreement.

I am an oppressed male, a pedo incel.
Anti-pedophilia; a crime against humanity.
Circumcision; worse than rape. Proof that more males are sexually abused than females, and somewhat proof feminism is a lie. Also proof that pedophilia should be legal.

Yes, quite a few but from years ago. The female map community used to be more open to meeting up and we regularly had gatherings, I got to know many female maps over years. We had some great vacations together, gatherings and hang outs. I also got to meet some families, it was all very normal, just maps meeting up and hanging out and talking about our map lives.
These days it happens a lot less, it feels like the map community has become smaller and the cost of living and hectic lives means we just have less time or money to meet up. Many now have families and are just too busy to socialise on vacations like that.
I would like to see a new generation of maps doing that more, it feels like the time is right for maps to go offline more. Online is now so restricted and monitored that maps should put much more time and effort into finding local map friends and form real map communities offline.

I am a MAP and have been for many years. You may not be close to me for an in person connection but I'm trying to find other MAPs to connect with and some AAM's to get to know if anyone knows any.

When society judges without understanding, it silences hearts that yearn for connection.

Fair enough, I was mainly trying to say that I'm looking for like minding people to chat with, not necessarily meet up with. I was trying to say that chances are I'm not near anyone but regardless of that I'm still interested in getting to talk to peopleFairBlueLove wrote: Mon Apr 13, 2026 9:06 pmPlease mind Rule 5Anonymous22 wrote: Mon Apr 13, 2026 8:54 pm I am a MAP and have been for many years. Previously, I have met 2 MAP´s IRL and it was fantastic. Nowadays, I find it very difficult to meet up these days. There are a lot of MAP hunting groups with fake profiles that makes verification needed. We need to be careful.

Re: Do you know any MAPs irl?
Yes, a few.
My approach has been this. If someone has been a member of a community for a long time and I've got to know them, ideally others vouch for them, then I've met them socially and I've never had any problems. I have a friend who's a map and he's taken more risks and met a lot of maps who were pretty new to a community and he had no problems either but I always felt he was riding his luck too much and I wouldn't recommend that.
I am thinking of trying to form something local and offline, build a local map community. I haven't decided how yet. One idea was to look for maps who were local and charged or convicted and then reaching out to offer support but then I think many in that situation will be just trying to get through their ordeal and distance themselves more from their map side than accepting it. Another was to just create an email and advertise in local groups and channels for people to connect locally who have minor attraction tendencies, completely anonymously and safely. From a local online community, get to know each other, build trust and shared interests outside of map life, maybe someone likes local pubs, gaming, a sport, country walks, books, studying or whatever. Then meet and build groups on those subjects, so yes a few people are maps but they're meeting to form a book club or a cinema night or board gaming or something. That isn't illegal, it gets people out and connecting and distracted from being at home alone frustrated. Build friendships and communities, even see if they can be fed into official programs, local therapists or probation feeding people in to build a better life.

Keep every stone they throw at you. You've got castles to build.
