But there's also the issue of the definition of a fetish. Few would say that men have a "fetish" for butts or breasts. It's just considered straightforward physical attraction. Considering how it's normal to find baby feet adorable and how even older children don't stink like adults I bet that MAP's often have simple "foot attraction" rather than "foot fetish" that involves some sort of power dynamics like is typical in these regards.

I would say those are fetishes. Breasts aren't intrinsically sexual. Viewing breasts as sexual is something culturally relative, in contrast to something like homosexuality which is found in every culture.

It's very hard to say because there's a large overlap between liking lolis and liking anime and liking East Asian women (the most neotenous/young looking adult demographic) so I bet plenty of them simply never would've been attracted to little girls if they weren't "weebs/otaku" and gamers who started down the rabbit hole with "yellow fever''. It's just too obvious that it stems from a psychological cocktail with a lot more than pedophilia in it. And even if they're East Asian themselves you have to wonder if they're actually particularly attracted to children or is it simply that there's minimal distinction between adults and children of their race compared to other races.
