Yes, but.

I do wonder if there are also biological elements based on hormonal differences. In particular, some transmen have highlighted how very different the world appears while on testosterone. Attitudes towards sex and relationships, to the extent that hormones affect them, would also have gender differences, I think.

The more societal sexceptionalism is, the more gender differences are part of that. But if there are elements of sex and relationships that are "special because of biology" (the way hormones lead to bonding through orgasm, etc), then I think those elements are likely going to manifest differently depending on an individual's hormone balance (which will primarily fall down on gendered lines).

Should boys and girls be treated differently?

Are boys and girls different?

And concerning man-boy or woman-boy, or man-girl or woman-girl. Should men and women be treated differently?
To that I say, it's less important what women/men have to do in the equation, and the girl/boy that should be the center of the whole conversation.
My personal opinion, boys & girls are different and should be treated as such. Men & women both should focus on the girls, and boys to a lesser extent, rather than themselves. Whether you are man BL or woman BL, doesn't change the important differences between girls & boys, I think everyone needs to respect that, whether you want to or not.

I don’t see gendered ages of consent making a comeback. I think gender equality is too engrained in modern culture.

Just because culture runs contrary to your belief system is no reason to give up on what you know to be right.
In fact if everyone did that civilization would be totally doomed.
I don't need culture to validate my deeply held & well thought out convictions.
Just because society refuses to move forward isn't going to stop me from continuing on.
