This is just insane. When I was a kid, we were always out roaming around by ourselves and nothing bad ever happened with any of us. I don't have to say much else. It has already been stated very well as to why this law is so asinine.

I read the headline. That was enough.

Children have become too precious a commodity in white culture since we started only having 1.5 of them per family.

We over-invest in their safety and well-being. To their own detriment.

I didn’t want to be the one to say it, but no one seems to care when minority children are wandering around blighted and possibly gang-infested neighborhoods unsupervised. This overprotection of white children is thinly-veiled racism. Just contrast the reaction to the Atlanta child murders to that of Adam Walsh or Jacob Wetterling.
