Most people get caught in relationships sexual or not with minors because the minor talks!

If a 14 yo girl say, happens to have like a 24 yo bf most often than not the only reason he gets imprisoned and charged with statutory is 1. The parents walk in and catch them in the act or 2. She starts to for whatever reason feel guilty and rats whoever out to her parents and her parents take full action.

So if minor teens do happen to love someone older they need to learn to zip it, if they really love the person they are with to any degree they need to realize they have the right to be silent and not talk to ANYONE!

Thoughts on this?

I'd be interested in what you're basing your assertion on, is there research to back this up?

Most reported crime is for digital crime such as cp rather than physical crime, there's actually very little reported physical crime.
I've heard various estimates for the number of pedophiles in society, ranging from 1% to 10%, I've even heard some argue it could be as high as 1/3 of men have some pedophilic tendencies. That seems excessive but 10% feels to me about right, although I do think more have some low level of repressed attraction to some minors.

I just looked up that in 2024, federal sentencing reported that there were 1,430 cases involving sexual abuse of a minor, so that's 0.000418373% of the population of the US or if the low end of that map range (1% of people are maps) then it means 0.042% of maps offend.

So either very few maps offend physically which means maps are not predatory and have a very high level of self control, or very few minors report physical experiences.

The state and society put pressure on her that brainwashes her into thinking she is a victim of oppression. Keep in mind if there is coercion, black mail, threats, deep lies to obtain sex/love/trust or any fear that makes her afraid to say no it indeed does make her a actual victim, but if those things are not present any age gap after puberty's vitals is fair dating game. Thus making it illogical for her to claim she is a victim.

There is also a problem with heartbroken teens reporting their ex to get a revenge. If a 18 year old breaks up during a bad relationship (that doesn't involve coercion/fraud) all she can do is listen to breakup music and learn to get over it. Heal from heartbreak process. If a 17 year old is in the same exact scenario and her boyfriend is at least 3-4 years older she can file statutory rape charges. Its the same heart break emotions reframed as rape. We see that a lot with teenagers who had sex with adults who show the exact same signs of trust betrayal, but we never see prepubescents say that because the prepubescents aren't usually romantically/sexually attached.

Honestly one problem is guys treating women like pump and dump sex machines, But it also it also has to do with such a sex negative culture we have. the best solution is to be straight up honest do you want a partner for sexual fun or deep romantic connection or both. As someone who has attracted to prepubescents with no serious interest in 14-17 year olds I can't help any further.
