unsure abt Europe but as for the US, people who are considered "underage" are being restricted to do things, especially regarding sex. fortunately some states AoC is 16, but i do think it should be lower. people think that teenages are all dumb asf and dont understand anything. which may be true ...

The United States seems very puritanical on the ways people police relationships that aren't even their own because teenager autonomy seems very sparse.

I think that the Prussian school system had a dealing in putting kids in school until they turn 18, K-12.
