So a little while back, I did an interview with Dylan and Talia who are also MAPs. They just posted the interview to YouTube. It's also on FreeSpeechTube and The Mirror Project.
You've likely read her blog, or maybe you've heard about her MAP merch shop. Chances are, you know of Katie Cruz as a popular figure in the MAP community. Here we discuss coming to terms with identity, MAP activism, Katie's personal experiences, and much much more!
Give it a listen and share with other parts of the community.

Hi Katie, I wanted to take a moment to tell you how much I loved and appreciated your interview. You are so articulate, so genuine and have such a soothing voice and gentle energy about you.
I hung on every word as I listened with headphones at work. If only my co-workers knew what I was listening to

I related to so much... Like your great appreciation for Lindsay Ashford. Wow.. that name brought me back!!
.. I feel like it had to be 20 some odd years ago when I first heard that name, which is right around the time I started getting involved in the community. Mainly reading and posting on Girl Chat.. and first heard the term "Girl Lover"
Also, my heart breaks for you losing Lucy. I can feel the pain and heartache you must feel over her. To have someone that close.. and then she's taken away without any explanation, conversation or sense of closure.
It's unfair and I'm truly sorry for the pain and lonely nights you've endured. But I commend you on your strength and bravery to tell your story.
As for the haters.. I'm glad to hear your staying vigilant and . "they'd leave in a bodybag"

.. I had a little chuckle and gave a "hell yeah" on that one!
Overall I was so impressed how you carried the interview. Even eloquently maneuvering some of the awkward pauses and such from the interviewers. But no shade to them, I appreciate their hard work and had some really great questions as well.
Love to hear you've attended the B4U-act conferences! That's been on my bucket list for awhile!
Thank you so much for all your hard work and activism!

I would love to hear more from you in the future, maybe you could start your own podcast or something!! That would be amazing!!
Any chance you have an ASMR channel?! Cuz I'd be a fan of that too!!

I'm also a girl lover and I can tell you have a genuine love, nurturing and tenderness for little girls that truly makes the world a better place. I hope someday society can see that part of you.. and all of us!
