I'm not really sure how to tell, but I just feel different about adults in a way I don't think is normal? I'm so confused

You can enjoy being around adults more without being an aam, it depends whether you feel actual attraction or not. You really just have to look inside yourself and see where your feelings come from

Being attracted to someone is normal, regardless of who it is, and if you are uncertain if these feelings are genuine, then you can try to get to know them better. That is, of course, if they want to and are willing to get to know you as well. It is also important to understand the taboo of such a relationship regardless of what kind it is. Its normal. AAM is just the fancy way of saying “underaged teliophile” every minor is either mainly attracted to adults or other minors. The minors who are mainly attracted to adults grow up to be teliophiles. The minors who prefer other minors, like I did in elementary school before I aged out of my own AOA, grow up to be nepiophiles or pedophiles or hebephiles or ebphebophiles. Most teenagers your age are dating other teenagers because there is some degree of attraction. When they become legal that attraction will not magically disapear. It makes no sense that there is a 17 year old dating a 16 year old and he finds her hot and beautful then a day later he turns 18 and suddenly she is an ugly baby child.

That literally makes no sense and is not how reproduction and biology works. The more likely scenario is that he still finds her attractive but will dismiss her as jailbait because he has decided it is not worth the legal and social consequences of still pursuing her. So he will break up with her and avoid minors and date barely legal young adults instead because it isnt legally risky, if not a little social taboo. Funfact! Teenagers are biologically young adults and have been treated as adults for most of human history. It is only recently, in the 1800s and onwards that teenagers went from being young adults to “adolescense” which is a made up stage that doesnt actually exist in nature, as you are an adult whenever you become capable of reproduction in quite literally every other species on earth but humans, which have bullshit arbitrary social rules. There is a reason that bars and clubs ask for ids. It is because the average teenager is indistinguishable from the average legal adult in their late teens or early 20s. Why? Because they are both adults in the exact same age group, its just that the younger half is arbitrarily placed in the box of “adolescence” or even worse “children” due to the modern day infantilization of young people and exstension of childhood.

If you find a 14-17 year old attractive you will find an 18-22 year old attractive, except for ephebophiles who have a speciffic chronophillia for the 14-17 age range exactly. If you find 18-22 year olds attractive, you will find 14-17 year olds attractive, why? Not because you are a pedophile, but because you are a normal fucking human being. The greatest lie ever told is that there is some big dramatic huge difference between biological adults slightly under the magical arbitrary line of 18 and biological adults slightly over the magical arbitrary line of 18. It is entitely artifical. The only clear boundraries are pre puberty and pre menopause, besides those two very specific times, age and maturity is a gradient. Ephebophiles like the more youthful end of young adulthood, teliophiles who lie to themselves about not finding 17 and 364 day olds attractive but would get an 18 and one minute old pregnant like the slightly older end of the young adult spectrum, partially due to a genuine fear of the law and social backlash, partially because that just their chronophillia.

The second biggest lie ever told is that adults(teenagers) finding slightly older adults (people who have crossed the magical arbitrary age of 18) are an aberration. In a sane society, adults finding other adults attractive would be completely fucking unremarkable, but in a society that takes a quarter of those adults and places them in the artificial made up box of “adolescent” or even worse, “child” and labels every one of these young people under the special magical number they pulled from their ass as “groomed” and “stupid edgy teenagers” then yes, you “arent normal.” And the majority of minors your age “arent normal”

You, sir or madam, are the MOST normal type of person there is, in fact you are so normal, it offends me that the AAM label is even a thing. You are so normal that me, who has been sexually attracted to people as young as ZERO, am BAFFLED you would think of yourself as anything BUT normal. I am simply pointing out that if you refuse to buy into the hysteria that 18 is actually a special number and that anything magical happens on midnight of your 18th birthday. That being a “minor” is an anything but an arbitrary made up legal status only created incredibly recently in human history and only had any validity because of government enforced rules and punishments. That the teen brain or the “brain maturing at 25” are anything but myths perpetuated to keep young adults crammed in the box of “child”. If you looked at what you are biologically (an adult) and what legal adults are biologically (also adults) then it is completely “normal” for you, a sexually mature human being, to be interested in other sexually mature human beings. If we decided to overnight enforce the rule that anyone between the ages of 18-35 was smorgleboard and that everyone 35 and over was a waffle dorf and said that being sexually attracted to smorgleboards as a waffle dorf or waffle dorfs as a smorgleboards was an abnormailty, an aberration, a mental disease that should be punished by lengthy prison sentences or death, would the majority of waffle dorfs over night magically loose their attraction to smorgles? No! Would smorgles suddenly stop finding waffles attractive? No, but they would date in their own age group and keep it to themselves that they find the other age group attractive because to be open and honest about your sexuality in this world, even though the classifications are completely made up and arbitrary and not based on real biology, only kept alive by goverment overbearing, social hysteria, and infantilization and brain devlopment myths, is to subject them to a fate punishable by anything from social isolation and ridicule to infantilization and over medicalizing to literal torture and death. So the teliophiles attracted to minors slightly below 18 keep their mouths shut and the minors attracted to legal adults keep their mouths shut and both stay in their own age groups, the only exception are those that call themselves ephebophiles and those that call themselves AAM. Are they abnormal in the fact that they dont lie to themselves about their natural human sexualities in order to socially conform? Yes. Are they normal in literally every other way shape and form despite their abnormal society? Also yes

Tldr. Yes dude your normal. Stop worrying. Literally every other chronophillia but nepiophillia and pedophillia is the sexual attraction to biological adults, even if it is taboo or socially frowned upon, even if in a recent history the obbjects of hebephile and ephebophile attraction have arbitrarily been legally and socially classified as “adolescents” or “children”. Sexually mature people being attractive to other sexually mature people is as normal as the sky being blue and the grass being green. The teens who arent AAM are in for a rude awakening when they reach the magical arbitrary special line of 18 and arent allowed to date people in their AoA anymore.
