I dont think this was done on purpose, the child love symbols are really easy to accidently recreate, besides, why would disney risk their monopoly/empire to subtly wink at pedophiles with a deck of playing cards?

How old are these cards? Depending on the answer, it's possible that the child love symbols were inspired by these cards instead of the other way around.
But most likely it's just coincidence.
