For me it was around covid years.

I was 13, staying at my mom and stepfather's for the summer. My aunt, uncle and cousin came to visit for the weekend, and there wasn't alot of spare sleeping space, so my cousin (who was 3 or 4) was put in the same bed as me. She was wearing a long shirt as pajamas, and when I woke up early before she did, the shirt had ridden up and she had nothing on underneath, and her legs were positioned apart while laying on her back in a way where I could see everything. That kind of sparked something inside my brain, aided by my already raging libido. I had also had quite a few experiences myself when I was young, so that is definitely a contributing factor. I could probably also say that taking baths with my sister, which ended not long before I turned 13, was a factor, too-she was 3 at the time, and was always sitting/laying on me in the tub.
