This one, they even orchestrated contact between the child and the "predator", insisting on putting her through something she probably wouldn't have agreed to. Where are the charges for this wreckless endangerment and coercive sexual humiliation of a child?

DECATUR, Ill. (WCIA) — A 19-year-old Decatur man was arrested last week after police said he traveled to an underage girl’s home for a sexual encounter, only to discover he had been caught in a sting by the girl’s parents.

Decatur Police said in a sworn statement that Trayse Lacroix, 19, was arrested at the family’s home on Wednesday, Oct. 8. Since then, he’s been formally charged with traveling to meet a minor, grooming and indecent solicitation of a child.
